Hyatt House London Stratford

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt House Stratford. From the moment I walked in, the hotel felt clean, fresh, and inviting, with a noticeably pleasant scent throughout the lobby. The entire space is modern, open-concept, and beautifully designed, with everything looking new and well-maintained. Every staff member I encountered was attentive and welcoming, and the food was genuinely enjoyable. I also appreciated the complimentary laundry room for guests — a thoughtful and convenient amenity. A special thank you to Claudia, who went above and beyond by helping me print documents, extend my checkout, and providing laundry pods. Her professionalism and warmth made a lasting impression. Location is great- walkable to tube and it’s connected to an amazing mall.

I was impressed with this hotel which is situated next to Westfield Stratford, and just a minute or so walking from Stratford rail and tube stations. The staff were excellent, rooms were furnished to a high standard, and breakfast was good. I hadn't stayed at a Hyatt House before but I'd definitely return on a future trip to this area. Highly recommended! (I was visiting for work but if travelling with children there's a cinema and several food/drink outlets in the immediate vicinity)

Stayed here for 5 nights and honestly we had no complaints about this place. We had everything we needed and the staff was kind and professional whenever we asked them for anything. The rooms were a good size and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The buffet had a wide spread and breakfast never felt chaotic like it is at some other places. The location is super convenient too as the hotel is right next to the Stratford station and the Westfield Stratford mall. Can recommend to anyone and everyone. P. S. Just wanted to say thank you to the supervisor working the night of Oct 3rd, 4th and 5th. He made some small gestures a few nights in a row which we thought was nice. You don't see that nowadays and we appreciated that.

This is by far the best Hyatt House I have had the pleasure of staying at. We visited from New York and after a very long day traveling and a delay on the metro due to our metro car breaking down, it was such a relief to have such a warm welcome and attentive service here. Special shout out to Chaye (sorry if I misspelled it) at the front desk, he was so helpful! The rooms were clean and comfy and the staff was wonderful. We will be making this our go to hotel when we head to London next. Thank you for helping to make our family's time in London a special one!

Amazing hotel with amazing teams, always taking good care of guests' requests in a swift manner. Very convenience location, with the whole shopping mall underneath; the kitchenette is great, with everything you need; Spotless clean room (Hyatt standard) and amazing breakfast! (Not having thousands choices but all with quality). Big thank you to Monica from Guest Relations team, she is very helpful, and tried her best to exceed my expectation for my anniversary stay, truly amazing and a great asset to the hotel. Already planning my next visit !

I don't often leave reviews but I would 100% reccomend! The room I had was on the 10th floor and was spotlessly clean with everything provided I could want. The in house dining menu was reasonably priced, the shower was fantastic and the bed was extremely comfortable. I didn't choose the hotel - my company organised it for me and so I have no investment in leaving a positive or negative review, or, for that matter a review at all, but I was immensely grateful for the welcome and service I received and my colleagues who had been there longer (and also didn't choose it) felt the same way about it so I felt that I should leave a message to recognise top notch service and hospitality. Every part of my trip, from the people who showed me the lift when I arrived for checkin, to the people who helped me find a dog bowl for my friend who popped by to say hi to me in reception with his dog, has been fantastic - I couldn't have asked for anything more. Special shout outs go to Dharmik, Diya, Kanya, Inna (and their manager whose name I didn't get) and Sal on reception. Thanks so much and don't hesitate to book - a real unexpected pleasure!

A great spit for visiting London. Right beside the Westbury shopping centre at Stratford and directly connected to central London via the Elizabeth and Central Lines. Refurbished relatively recently the Hyatt House provides you with a mini kitchen to make your stay easier.

We love our stays at Hyatt Stratford. Great location within Westfield shopping centre, Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, good choice of rooms with varying sizes but all are comfortable and good decor. Cannot fault this hotel.
